We're seeking an experienced developer proficient in Rust and blockchain technologies to join our innovative team. In this central role, you'll design high-performance systems optimized for low latency and scalability through AI-driven innovation, significantly impacting a fairer, more efficient blockchain ecosystem.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <ul><li>Design and develop scalable backend services in Rust, focusing on ultra-low latency and high throughput.</li><li>Architect and implement innovative off-chain protocols that revolutionize the EVM execution engine and enable ultra-parallelized block generation.</li><li>Collaborate with researchers to integrate AI-driven solutions and cutting-edge approaches.</li><li>Optimize system performance through advanced coding practices and low-level programming techniques.</li><li>Influence critical decisions and drive impactful results through your expertise.</li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul><li>Design and develop scalable backend services in Rust, focusing on ultra-low latency and high throughput.</li><li>Architect and implement innovative off-chain protocols that revolutionize the EVM execution engine and enable ultra-parallelized block generation.</li><li>Collaborate with researchers and the community to integrate AI-driven solutions and cutting-edge approaches.</li><li>Optimize system performance through advanced coding practices and low-level programming techniques.</li><li>Influence critical decisions and drive impactful results through your expertise.</li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>6+ years of experience in backend development focusing on high-performance, low-latency systems.</li><li>Expertise in Rust; familiarity with Go and C++ is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum.</li><li>Proficiency in Python for research and tooling.</li><li>Experience with blockchain development tools such as revm, reth, geth, Remix, etc.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.</li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul><li>Experience with designing innovative protocols and off-chain solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and high-performance systems.</li><li>Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in system optimization.</li></ul> <p>Tech stack</p> <p>Rust Python Docker Kubernetes English</p>
